PRIVACY / 28 OCTOBER 2026

Privacy policy

How we use the information in your enquiry.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The controller of data submitted through kvkokkuost.ee is Aerop Invest OÜ, registry code 12497750. For privacy questions and to exercise your rights, write to info@kvkokkuost.ee. Phone: +372 5551 5592.

2. What data do we collect and why?

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, property address or cadastral number and, optionally, your asking price and additional information. You can indicate whether the property is publicly listed and whether you have a valid agreement with an estate agent. For a public listing, you may add a link. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; without them the form cannot be submitted. You may also contact us by email or phone.

We use this data to answer your enquiry, clarify the property and purchase opportunity and, at your request, prepare a possible transaction. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Do not include personal identification codes, copies of identity documents, health information or unnecessary personal data about others.

Technical data, including IP address, request time and session identifier, is processed to secure the website and prevent spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website and enquiry service working and protecting them against misuse (Article 6(1)(f)).

3. Where is your enquiry sent?

The form sends your enquiry to info@kvkokkuost.ee. There is no separate enquiry database on the website. Access is limited to people handling enquiries as part of their duties and, to the extent necessary, our website and email hosting provider Elkdata OÜ (Veebimajutus.ee).

The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling, and submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list. If a transaction proceeds, the need for further documents and recipients, such as a notary, is explained separately.

4. How long do we keep data?

If no transaction follows, we keep the enquiry correspondence for up to six months after the last substantive contact, then delete it. If communication continues at your request, the period runs from the last substantive contact. A transaction, legal obligation or specific dispute may require relevant data to be kept longer; in that case we follow the applicable purpose and legal basis.

The spam-prevention record contains a hash derived from the IP address and the time of the last successful submission, not the form content. Technical deletion of these files depends on the server's temporary-file settings. Web server log and backup retention depends on hosting settings and the provider's practices.

5. Cookies, fonts and external links

The essential session cookie kvkokkuost_session is used to secure the form. It is created when the form is used, helps verify the origin of a request and expires at the end of the browser session. The website has no analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The browser sends Google your IP address and technical request data. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area through this service. Further information about processing and safeguards is available in Google's privacy policy. Website photos and the logo are loaded from our hosting. When you open an external link, the destination website's terms apply.

6. Your rights

You may request information about your personal data and a copy of it, and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected. Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Write to info@kvkokkuost.ee. We may need to verify your identity; do not send identity documents without being asked. We normally reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Updates to this policy

We update this policy when data processing or website functionality changes. The latest update date appears at the top of the page.
